|Heathfield Primary School
Heathfield Primary School is a much larger than average sized school situated in Darlington.
Heathfield Primary converted to become an academy in June 2012. When its predecessor school, also called Heathfield Primary, was last inspected by Ofsted, it was judged to be good.
Heathfield continues to be a successful school with positive recent Ofsted reports. Performance of pupils who receive pupil premium has been acknowledged by the DFE recently.
|Northwood Primary School
Northwood Primary was established in September 2009 and re-located from their old school site (North Road Primary School established 1915) in January 2010.
Northwood is a larger than average primary school catering for 420 full-time pupils from Reception to year six, with a further 52 part-time nursery places.
The school is a fantastic new building built under the Building Schools for the Future, Pathfinder, initiative. It is a wonderfully bright and vibrant environment for teaching and learning and we are all very proud of its place in the community it serves.
|Hurworth Primary School
Hurworth is slightly smaller than the average-sized primary school situated in Hurworth Village several miles out of Darlington.
Hurworth Primary School converted to become an academy school on 1 June 2012. The school continues to perform well, with the last Ofsted inspection (2014) judging the school to be ‘Good’ in all areas.

Corporation Road is a larger than average Primary School situated in Darlington Town Centre.
Following the most recent Ofsted inspection, staff and governors at Corporation Road Primary have worked very hard to address the key actions identified and continue to development and progress as part of Lingfield Education Trust.
|Mount Pleasant Primary School
Mount Pleasant Primary is an average sized Primary School situated in Darlington. There are approximately 280 children on roll including provision for 52 part-time nursery places.
Mount Pleasant continues to be a successful school with positive recent Ofsted reports, the most recent Ofsted inspection judging the school to be ‘Good’ with outstanding aspects of pupil behaviour and Leadership & Management .
| Hemlington Hall Academy
Hemlington Hall Academy is situated in Middlesborough and is of an average size. There are approximately 332 children on roll including provision for 52 part-time nursery places.
Hemlington Hall Academy is the newest member of Lingfield Education Trust, officially joining the Trust on 1st September 2017.
