Our school improvement strategy is organised across 6 channels of activity. The channels balance rigorous and effective systems of quality assurance with highly productive and developmental peer based professional development and network led collaboration. The work is underpinned by the trust’s commitment to leadership development and talent management.
The trust school improvement team is led by the Deputy CEO. It currently includes a Lead Ofsted Inspector and two outstanding executive school leaders.
Our network offer is enhanced by a large number of skilled and experienced Network Leads. Our Maths and English Networks Leads are released to work and support across our schools.
The team operates within a wider trust executive network of school leaders who also contribute to school improvement work as well as benefit from it. We are all contributors and recipients of school improvement. The School Improvement Team reports directly into the CEO/Deputy CEO and the Trust Curriculum & Standards Committee.
