Our Core Offer for Teachers
Joining the Lingfield Trust teaching workforce, at any level, affords you the opportunity to access and be part of:
- A clear commitment to networking with colleagues in the same year group across the Trust. Termly ‘best practice’ sessions in English and Mathematics’ allow teachers to come together – to develop together. Networks are also in place for SEND, Early Years, ECTs, Curriculum Leadership, Pupil Premium and Assessment.
- All teaching staff have opportunities to become involved in specific trust tasks and projects. Examples include curriculum development, ‘Teachmeet’ events and ‘task and finish’ opportunities to impact on Trust wide initiatives.
- A regular update service, keeping you abreast of current thinking and best practice, as well as ‘real time’ OFSTED messages from a current OFSTED inspector.
- A dedicated and personable ‘School Improvement Team’ to support staff at all levels.
Activities range from access to formal qualifications, placements in other Trust schools, Trust-wide network groups, and specific courses and training, to 1:1 sessions with the Trust CEO.
